Refund Policy

 Chemical & Botanical Solutions:

We offer a 7 day refund policy on any chemical solutions that have NOT BEEN OPENED.  The 7 day period begins upon confirmed delivery of said chemical.  Purchaser MUST also pay return shipping and full refund (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) will be issued within 3-5 business days.  Any chemical item that has been opened WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.

 

Sprayers:

We offer a 7 day refund policyon any sprayer that has NOT BEEN USED/OPENED.  The 7 day period begins upon confirmed delivery of said sprayers.  Purchaser MUST also pay return shipping and full refund (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) will be issued within 3-5 business days.  Any sprayer that has been used/opened WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.

 

All Other Items:

We offer a 7 day refund policyon all other items not listed above that have NOT BEEN USED / OPENED.  The 7 day period begins upon delivery confirmation of said products.  Purchaser MUST also pay return shipping and a full refund (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) will be refunded within 3-5 business days.  Any items that have been used/opened WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
